Alexandros Manos was born in Chicago, U.S.A. He graduated from the Dental School of the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens in 2010. Upon completing his military service, he worked as a general dentist at a private orthodontic clinic. In 2013, Alexandros began his postgraduate studies at the University of Tel Aviv in Israel where he completed his three-year training program with a Specialty in Orthodontics.

He is a member of the World Federation of Orthodontics (WFO), the American Association of Orthodontics (AAO), the European Orthodontic Society (EOS), the European Aligner Society (EAS), as well as a member of the Greek Association for Orthodontic Study & Research, and a Scientific Collaborator of the Department of Orthodontics in the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens.

Currently, he runs a privately-owned dental clinic which offers a full range of dental specialties. In his work as a Special Orthodontic, Alexandros applies a variety of techniques of aesthetic orthodontics, with particular emphasis on invisible and digital orthodontics.
